Dental health is important to us. At the first visit, we will listen carefully to your dental concerns and answer all of your questions. You can expect a thorough oral cancer screening and examination of your mouth, teeth, gums and soft tissue. The exam will include only necessary digital images, a preventive teeth cleaning, and a discussion of the most appropriate treatment to meet your oral health goals. Below is a link to print out forms for your new patient visit. Please complete the forms and bring them with you to your first visit. It is very important to bring a list of medications you are currently taking
If for some reason you cannot make your appointment, we ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance. We look forward to meeting you.
